Taking the first step toward counseling or coaching can feel like a big decision. Many people who reach out are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent a long time trying to work through things on their own before deciding an outside perspective could be helpful.
The first step is a free 15-minute consultation. This brief conversation gives us an opportunity to:
• discuss what you’re hoping to work on
• talk through my approach to counseling or coaching
• determine whether working together would be a good fit
• schedule an intake session if you decide to move forward

Many of my clients who live in Austin and other parts of Texas work with me via secure videoconferencing through the SimplePractice platform.
I offer in-person sessions in Amarillo and telehealth sessions throughout Texas.
